This project is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility with a “Destination Resort Lodge” theme. It includes 30 beds in one Alzheimer wing. The building has 66,648sf of conditioned space with 6,662sf of covered porches and porte-cochere. The building is site adapted to the local conditions and the land was donated by the City of Amarillo to the Texas Veterans Land Board.
