The Nokonah is a luxury condominium complex in a mixed-use development. There are 91-residential units, mainly situated in an 11-story tower, adjoining 8,000 SF of retail/office space. From an unbeatable location just west of the heart of downtown, residents will have views of downtown or the Shoal Creek Greenbelt, as well as the convenience of being within walking distance of dozens of unique restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.
The name celebrates Texas' Native American heritage, and the first stewards of the Austin environment. Graeber, Simmons & Cowan teamed with design architects Lake/Flato on this project.
