GS&C has designed numerous branches for JPMorgan Chase in Texas including three projects which have received LEED^® Silver accreditation and one that has been awarded a Two-Star Austin Green Building Program Rating.  Working with a prototype design that is adapted to various sites, the typical retail branch bank project averages 4,000 square feet and costs $1.2 million.  To date we have designed over 100 branches for Chase and serve as their primary architect for branches in South Central and Southwest Texas
