The Seton Medical Center Intermediate Care Unit was an 8,000 square foot renovation project that was done for the Seton Healthcare Network and completed in June 2006. The objective was to transform 16 Intermediate Care Rooms into 12 new, larger Intermediate Care Rooms that would comply with the Texas Department of State Health Service requirements. The completed project includes all of the required support areas that were integrated with existing rooms, which remained in operation during construction.
