The Braker Pointe Office Park is on a 30-acre site, which was planned for mixed-use development, creating an urban office complex within a park like setting. The plan consists of three office buildings grouped around a circular drive that encloses a water feature surrounded by limestone and native plants. Comprised of three floors, the first building has 75,000 SF of office space, the second building has 100,000 SF on four floors and the third planned building has 200,000 SF on eight floors.
The project also received a three star rating from the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
