The Motorola Parmer Lane Campus includes five large-scale office buildings equal to roughly 173,000 square feet, linked with enclosed walkways, and a 90,000 SF conference center building.
Each of the office buildings are three stories high and approximately 60,000 SF. The main entrance is designated by a three-story atrium with a monumental staircase. This central core divides a pedestrian walkway bisecting and running the length of each floor. For maximum flexibility in use, each building has an individual entry lobby.
In addition to the office buildings, the campus which has been nicknamed "Motorola University," includes a large auditorium, large and medium classrooms, small classroom/laboratories, and full food service support. A fitness center, outdoor pavilion, walking trails, sports playing fields, and an auto banking facility are additional campus amenities.
