HPI Davenport West/San Clemente II
HPI has commissioned GSC Architects to design a 250,000 SF office building in west Austin. The project includes a 1,300 car parking garage. This facility is currently under design and is anticipated to begin construction in 2012. This building is designed to accommodate multi-tenants in high density, flexible open office areas and/or closed offices. The target tenants are technology and communication companies desiring a suburban location. This project is being designed in Revit for architecture, structure, and MEP. The design will feature an efficient mix of storefront glass and precast concrete.
